摘 要:探讨留蔓和留果数对厚皮甜瓜根系衰老的影响,确定能延缓根系衰老的适宜留蔓数和留果数。本研究以厚皮甜瓜品种中甜1号和众天翠玉为试材,设计了留1蔓2果(V1F2)、留2蔓2果(V2F2)、留3蔓2果(V3F2)、留1蔓3果(V1F3)、留2蔓3果(V2F3)和留3蔓3果(V3F3)共6个处理,以不留侧蔓、留1果为对照(CK),分析不同留蔓数和留果数对厚皮甜瓜植株根系活力及抗氧化特性的影响。结果显示:适宜的留蔓数和留果数能显著减缓厚皮甜瓜植株根系活力和可溶性蛋白质含量的下降;降低根系超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量;提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量;降低过氧化物酶(POD)活性。表明留蔓数和留果数与厚皮甜瓜植株的根系活力及抗氧化特性密切相关,每株留2条果同时保留2条或3条侧蔓能提高厚皮甜瓜植株根系的抗衰老能力。中甜1号每株留2蔓2果、众天翠玉每株留3蔓2果,植株根系生长状况最好。To investigate the desirable numbers of vine and fruit beneficial to delay root senescence,two muskmelon varieties,Zhongtian No.1 and Zhongtiancuiyu,were used as the materials to study the root vigor and antioxidant characteristics of muskmelon.The two muskmelon varieties were applied with six treatments,i.e.,1 vine and 2 fruits,2 vines and 2 fruits,3 vines and 2 fruits,1 vine and 3fruits,2 vines and 3 fruits,and 3 vines and 3 fruits,and 1 fruit without any vine was set as CK.The results revealed that proper numbers of vine and fruit could significantly slow down decline of root vigor and the soluble protein content,reduce the production rate of O2·-and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),improve the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and the content of ascorbic acid(AsA),decrease the activity of peroxidase(POD).The results indicated that the numbers of vine and fruit had a closed relation with root vigor and antioxidant characteristics of muskmelon plants.Two or three vines with two fruits remained could enhance senescence-resistant ability of muskmelon roots.Two vines with 2 fruits remained for Zhongtian No.1 and 3 vines and 2 fruits for Zhongtiancuiyu could achieve the best growth of muskmelon root.
