摘  要:换流站进行带电检修时,由于机具的进人,带电作业形成的放电电极结构与没有机具时有较大的不同,使作业间隙的放电特性发生较大变化,导致最小安全作业间隙的要求与常规带电作业不同,《±500kV直流输电线路带电作业技术导则》中规定的最小安全距离不适用于机具在换流站内安全作业的要求。对±500kV换流站机具带电作业的实际特点,通过一系列的模拟真型试验和理论分析,计算不同系统过电压水平和海拔高度条件下典型施工机具在±500kV换流站内不同位置的最小安全距离和危险率。研究确定了典型施工机具在海拔1000m及以下地区设备不停电时的最小安全距离为6.0m,在海拔1000-2000m地区为6.8m,研究结果可为开展±500kV换流站带电作业提供技术参考。When converter substation is overhauled, due to the existence of machines and tools, discharge electrode structure formed in live-wire work is different from that without machines and tools. Because the great changes in discharge characteristics of working gas lead to the minimum approach distance different from the normal work, and the regulations regulated by guide rule are not suitable for the live-wire work with machines and tools. Therefore, it is necessary to research the safe distance in machines and tools live-wire work. According to the characteristics of ±500 kV converter station, on the basis of theoretical analysis, we experimentally studied and calculated the safe distance, and carried out the risk computation of live-wire work with the representative machines and tools in different overvohage level and in each elevation condition. The results show that the minimum safe distances of the representative construction machines and tools are determined as 6.0 m and 6.8 m, respectively, in areas with an elevation of 1000 m and from 1000 m to 2000 m elevation. The results may provide the technical reference for ±500 kV converter station live-wire work.
