摘　　要：介绍了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下的网络编程接口Ｗｉｎｓｏｃｋ，结合实例，以ＶＣ＋＋４０为开发工具进行实时数据通信程序设计，实现了某水电厂水文自动测报系统的实时数据在ＭＩＳ网上的实时传输。This paper presents the design of netWork real-time communication program based on WinSock API in Windows OS. Real-timedata communication program is developed by means of VC++4.0, and the real-time transmission of real-time data from CBXT in MIS isrealized in one hydropower station.
