摘　　要：绒毛膜上皮癌（绒癌）恶性程度高，破坏力极强，严重地威胁着育龄期妇女的健康，其细胞生物学特性受多种因素的影响，雌激素为其中之一。雌激素对生殖、中枢神经等系统的发育及正常功能的维持具有重要作用，亦对绒癌细胞产生影响。该文综述了雌激素对绒癌细胞的融合、增殖、端粒酶功能以及物质交换功能的影响作用。Choriocareinoma, a malignant tumor with strong destructive power, seriously threatens health of women of childbearing age. Biological characteristics of choriocarcinoma cells might be influenced by many factors, one of which is estrogen. Estrogen is very important for development and function maintainence of many systems of women＇ body such as reproductive system and central nervous system,, etc. However, it also could affect choriocarcinoma cells. In this paper, we summarized effects of estrogen on fusion, proliferation, function of telomerase, material exchange of chorioeareinoma cells.
