摘　　要：目的研究CT立体定向微创治疗高血压脑出血的有效性、安全性。方法 2007年10月至2009年3月,应用CT立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血41例,并与之前2005年1月至2007年9月期间行传统开颅手术的39例高血压脑出血患者进行了对比研究。结果 CT立体定向治疗组较传统开颅组在治愈率、死亡率、并发症存在明显差异。结论 CT立体定向治疗脑出血效果显著、安全性高、并发症少,是治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法。Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of CT guided stereotactic minimally invasive surgery on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A Comparative study was done in 41 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with CT guided stereotactic minimally invasive surgery from Oct.,2007 to March,2009 and in 39 cases treated with traditional craniotomy operation from Jan.,2005 to Sept.,2007.Results Compared with the traditional craniotomy operation group,there was a significant difference in the cure rate,mortality and complications in the CT guided stereotactic treatment group.Conclusion CT guided stereotactic minimally invasive surgery on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was an effective way of treatment because of its notable effect,high safety and less complications.
