摘  要:目的介绍一种自行设计的内参对照法,用于检测眼角膜上皮缺损面积大小。方法通过兔眼角膜碱烧伤模型,采用荧光素钠染色,圆形标尺做内参照,数码相机拍照与Image-pro plus(IPP)分析软件相结合的方法,测定上皮缺损面积。结果成功复制了兔眼角膜碱烧伤模型,并用数码相机记录不同拍摄条件下的照片。IPP软件分析发现,正面拍摄照片两批次的测定均值分别为40.3 mm2和40.7 mm2,与实际上皮缺损面积40.7 mm2相比,无统计学差异。而改变拍摄距离并不影响实验结果的准确性,但改变拍摄照片的角度使测定结果明显高于实际值。结论设计并建立了一种准确测定角膜上皮缺损面积的方法,该方法重复性好,适合于多种不规则表面积的测量。Objective To introduce a self-designed method for determining the cornea epithelial defects.Method The model of alkali-induced rabbit corneal epithelial defects was evaluated.The area was measured using fluorescein sodium staining,round scale,digital photographs and Image-pro plus analysis software.Results The alkali-induced rabbit corneal epithelial defect model was duplicated,and digital photographs under different conditions were taken.By analyzing the photographs,the area was 40.3 mm2 and 40.7 mm2 when adopting obverse side shot by 2 independent analyses,and the difference was insignificant compared to the real defect area of 40.7 mm2.There was no difference when the shot distance was changed,but the area was significantly larger than the real epithelial defect when the shot angle was changed.Conclusion A method for determining cornea epithelial defects is established,which can be applied to determining all kinds of irregular surface areas.
