直肠腔内超声分期在早期直肠癌局部切除术中的应用

摘　　要：为了探讨术前直肠腔内超声(ERUS)在早期直肠癌经肛内镜微创手术(TEM)分期中的临床应用价值,对58例早期直肠癌拟行TEM的患者行ERUS作出超声分期,并与术后病理结果进行对照。ERUS T浸润分期的总准确率为86.2%(50/58)。pTis、pT1期直肠癌超声分期准确率分别为84.2%(16/19)和87.2%(34/39)。ERUS能准确的判断早期直肠癌浸润层次,为TEM手术的实施提供可靠依据。The objective of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of endorectal ultrasonography for preoperative stage of early rectal carcinoma with treatment of Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery.ERUS was performed preoperatively in 58 Patients with early rectal carcinoma with treatment of Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery.The results of ERUS correlated with pathological findings according to the TNM classification.The overall accuracy of ERUS was 86.2%（50/58）.The accuracy of stage pTis and pT1 rectal carcinoma were 84.2%（16/19） and 87.2%（34/39） ERUS should become an important tool in the preoperative assessment of the depth of tumor invasion of early rectal carcinoma and can provide a reliable guarantee for TEM.
