摘　　要：根据我国体育院校类大学生面临的就业形势及其就业影响因素,以课程论,系统论和方法论等基本理论为依据,以系统化和整体化为指导思想确定我国体育院校特色的大学生的就业指导内容,并构建其实施体系。通过本研究,为我国体育院校大学生就业指导政策和职业发展规划的制定提供参考依据,为我国体育院校大学生的就业工作和学校发展,以及体育人才的资源配备提供借鉴。According to the influencing factors of employment and the employment situation faced by the students of sports colleges,and by curriculum theory,system theory and methodology aspects,the research defined the content of career guidance of students of sports universities,and build an implementation system.The research provided reference for the career guidance policy and career development planning of the students of sports universities.
