摘　　要：文章通过对瑜伽在城市开展的现状和在城市体育文化中的价值的分析,提出营造大众瑜伽锻炼的文化氛围,加快培训瑜伽专业指导员的步伐,加强与高校的合作,积极采取措施,改善教学条件,提供持续不断的进修服务体系,形成健康的瑜伽文化网络,更好地促进城市体育文化的建设。By analyzing the situation and the sports culture＇s value of Yoga in the city,the paper proposes to create a culture of popular yoga,to speed up the training of professional yoga instructors,to cooperate the universities,to provide continuing education service system,to form Yoga cultural network,to strengthen the City Sports culture.
