摘  要:综述了小孢子培养技术在芥菜育种中的应用研究.小孢子培养技术在芥菜育种应用受芥菜基因型、小孢子预处理、小孢子发育阶段、小孢子密度效应和培养基等因素影响.The application of microspore culture in mustrard(brassica juncea)were summaried in this paper. The previous results indicated that the application of microspore culture in mustard was affected by the genotype of donor plant, the previous treatment of microspore, the microspore development stage, the microspore density, the culture medium and so on. The perfect and steady Microspore culture has not been constituted in Mustrard. The breeding process would be improved by constituting perfect Microspore culture in Mustrard.
