摘　　要：[目的]观察胃镜润滑胶在结肠镜检查中的祛泡效果。[方法]将行结肠镜检查且肠腔伴有泡沫的200例病人随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组在检查过程中用生理盐水灌注,实验组在检查过程中实行按需灌注胃镜润滑胶,在进镜及退镜过程中观察两组的祛泡情况。[结果]实验组祛泡效果明显优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]胃镜润滑胶在结肠镜检查中祛泡效果显著,可显著提高结肠黏膜观察清晰度,提高观察效果。Objective：To observe the effect of foam removal with gastroscope lubricating jelly for patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods：A total of 200 patients accepting colonoscopy and with foams in their enteric cavity were randomly divided into control group and test group,100 cases each.Control group cases accepted normal saline enema during check.Patients in test group were given on-demand perfusion with gastroscope lubricating jelly during inspection.Then the foam removal effect between both groups when inserting and withdrawing colonoscope were compared.Results：The foam removal effect of test group was much better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The foam removal effect of gastroscope lubricating jelly is significant in colonoscopy application,and it can enhance the colonic mucosa definition.
