程氏分清饮对大鼠肾病综合征治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨程氏分清饮对实验性大鼠肾病综合征的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠尾静脉一次性注射盐酸多柔比星(5.5 mg/kg)的方法造成大鼠肾病综合征模型,将实验动物随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)、程氏分清饮治疗组(C组)、激素治疗组(D组)、程氏分清饮加激素治疗组(E组)。观察该方对肾病大鼠24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、尿素氮、血清肌酐、三酰甘油的影响。结果 B、C、D、E组与A组比较,24 h尿蛋白明显增高,模型制作成功。C、D、E组与B组比较,24 h尿蛋白明显降低,血清生化指标明显改善。结论程氏分清饮具有激素相似的治疗效果。Objective It is to study the effect of Cheng＇s Fenqingyin on the rats with nephritic syndrome.Methods Rat models with nephritic syndrome were established by one-time caudal vein injection of Doxorubicin Hydrochloride（5.5 mg/kg）.Experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group（A）,model control group（B）,Cheng＇s Fenqingyin group（C）,hormone group（D） and Cheng＇s Fenqingyin＋hormone group（E）.The effects of the Cheng＇s Fenqingyin on the rats with nephritic syndrome were observed in the 24 h urine protein,serum albumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,serum triglyceride.Results The 24 h urine protein in groups of B,C,D,E was significantly higher than that in group A,which indicated the successful development of rats model.Compared with the one in groupB,the 24 h urine protein in groups of CDE declined dramatically.Moreover,serum biochemical indicators in groups CDE significantly improved in contrast to group B.Conclusion Cheng＇s Fenqingyin has the similar curative effect to hormone.
