摘　　要：从古代医家灸疗养生成就与贡献、灸疗养生的现代实验研究2个方面论述灸疗养生、延缓衰老及灸疗"治未病"、调治亚健康的作用机理,并指出灸疗防病保健的作用机理尚需更多深入的研究。From two aspects which were moxibustion generated with the contribution of recuperation in the ancient physicians and the modern experimental study,to discuss the mechanism of moxibustion health and wellness,aging and the moxibustion ＂disease＂,modulating sub-health research,and proposed mechanism of health care with moxibustion,even more research still need to explore.
