摘　　要：作为"寻找"义讲,"寻"不晚于东汉初,"觅"产生于汉末,在晚唐五代至宋时期,二者选择宾语的范围扩大。"寻""觅"在这一时期处于共用阶段。This paper discusses the evolutionary orbit of xun and mi from Late Tang Dynasty to Song Dynasty.The two words are the everyday expressions of ＇looking for＇,and they are used in the simultaneous stage in this historical period.
