疏血通联合清开灵治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察疏血通联合清开灵治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和对其炎症反应的影响。[方法]将80例急性脑梗死随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用疏血通联合清开灵静滴。[结果]治疗组对急性脑梗死神经功能缺损改善、临床疗效、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的降低均优于对照组。[结论]疏血通联合清开灵能有效治疗急性脑梗死,降低过强炎症反应,保护脑细胞。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shuxuetong and Qingkailing on treating acute cerebral infarction and its effect on inflammatory reaction.[Methods] Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were treated by Shuxuetong and Qingkailing and those of control group by routine medical treatment.[Results] The effects on the improvement of the damage of neurologic function,clinical effect,the decreasing of CRP level in treatment group were all superior than that in control.[Conclusion] Shuxuetong and Qingkailing may effectively treat the acute cerebral infarction,decrease the powerful inflammatory reaction and protect the brain cell.
