摘　　要：在文献研究的基础上,构建了一个多重制度压力下企业合法性倾向选择模型。针对某种特定的制度压力,只有当企业本身对该种制度压力具有抵制动机、且具有相应的抵制能力的情形下,企业才能选择抵制程度较高的合法性倾向,而在其他情形下,企业将主动或者被动地选择顺从程度较高的合法性倾向。Based on the literature research,the paper constructs an alternative model of enterprises＇ legitimacy propensity under multiple institutional pressures.We find that confronting specific institutional pressure,only if the enterprises have the motivation and capacity to resist the pressure can they select high level of the legitimacy propensity for resistance.Otherwise,they will either actively or passively select high level of the legitimacy propensity for compromise.
