摘  要:针对双离合器自动变速器(DCT)试验台系统换挡控制问题,首先介绍了试验台系统的组成,然后对选挡执行机构原理、换挡执行机构原理及PID控制器控制的离合器执行机构进行了阐述。对动力性换挡规律进行了分析,运用Matlab/Simulink建立传动系统的仿真模型。对该试验台升挡和降挡过程进行了仿真计算,仿真结果体现了试验台的换挡规律,保证了DCT换挡平稳,提高了DCT试验台的换挡品质。For the shift control problem in the test-bed system of double clutch transmission(DCT),the composition of the test-bed has been introduced firstly in the paper. Then the principle of the gear-position selecting actuator, the gear-shifting actuator and the clutch controlled by PID controller are described. The dynamic law of the gear shifting is analyzed, the simulation model is established by using Matlab/Simulink. Simulation calculation has been implemented. The result of the test-bed has exhibited the law of the gear shifting, ensured the stability in the process of DCT shifting, improved the shifting quality of the test-bed system of double clutch transmission(DCT).
