摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌患者生存质量的影响因素及与社会支持的相互关系。方法:横断面调查法分析100例胃癌患者的生活质量及其影响因素以及与社会支持之间的相关性。结果:离异或丧偶(F=4.45)、未婚(F=4.08)的胃癌患者生活质量低于已婚患者,P<0.01;受教育程度为小学及以下的胃癌患者生活质量低于初中(F=6.94)、高中(F=7.38)、大学及以上(F=7.56)的患者,P<0.01;医疗费用支付方式为全自费的患者生活质量低于政府医保(F=7.46)和商业医保(F=7.95)的患者,P<0.01;胃癌患者获得的社会支持明显高于正常人群,t=3.58,P<0.01;胃癌患者的生活质量与其获得的社会支持水平呈正相关,r=0.458,P<0.01。结论:社会支持水平与胃癌患者的生活质量明显相关,应充分利用社会和家庭的力量重视对患者的社会支持,以提高胃癌患者的生活质量。OBJECTIVE：To explore the effects of social support on quality of the life of gastric cancer patients,provide nursing strategies for gastric cancer patients.METHODS：A total of 100 cases of gastric cancer patients were investigated with cross-sectional survey and explored the effects of social support on quality of the life of gastric cancer.RESULTS：The quality of life of divorced and widowed（F=4.45）,unmarried patients（F=4.08） was significantly lower than married patients（P0.01）.Compared to the patients with or below primary education levels,the patients who received junior（F=6.94）,or senior（F=7.38）,university education（F=7.56） got worse quality of life（P0.01）.The quality of life of patients whose medical payment was at their own expense reduced significantly when contrasted with patients with Medicare（F=7.46,P0.01） and commercial health insurance（F=7.95,P0.01）.Social support of gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than the normal group（t=3.58,P0.01）.The quality of life of gastric cancer patients was positively correlated with social support of the patients（r=0.458,P0.01）.CONCLUSIONS：The quality of life of gastric cancer patients is positively correlate with the levels of social support of the patients.Full use of the power of the social and families should be made to support the patients,and improve the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.
