甲状腺乳头状癌组织VEGF和caspase及AKT蛋白表达与血管生成及淋巴转移相关性的探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、caspase和AKT在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)细胞中的表达情况,探讨它们与PTC淋巴结转移及血管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测68例PTC组织中VEGF、caspase、AKT的表达,并对CD34表达阳性血管进行MVD计数。结果:VEGF、caspase、AKT的表达与MVD值在淋巴结转移组与无转移组之间差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05;VEGF、AKT与PTC淋巴结转移呈正相关;而caspase的表达与淋巴转移呈负相关,P<0.05。结论:PTC、VEGF、caspase和AKT蛋白表达与其淋巴转移和MVD有关,检测这几种蛋白表达将有助于判断PTC的转移潜能及血管生成能力。OBJECTIVE：To explore the expressions of VEGF,caspase,AKT in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and their associations with lymph node metastases.METHODS：The expressions of VEGF,caspase,AKT and CD34 were examined in 68 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma with immunohistochemistry.RESULTS：The expressions of VEGF,AKT and MVD in lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in no lymph node metastasis group,while the expreeion of caspase was lower in lymph node metastasis group（P0.05）,and their expressions were correlated with the lymph node metastasis of PTC;the expressions of VEGF,caspase,AKT were correlated with the average of MVD（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：The expressions of VEGF,caspase,AKT are strongly associated with lymph node metastasis and MVD of papillary thyroid carcinoma.These proteins are predictors for prognosis of PTC.
