摘　　要：目的:总结国内外对三阴性乳腺癌分子生物学的认识,探讨其可行的治疗手段与研究进展。方法:利用PubMed数据检索系统,以"三阴性乳腺癌、基底样乳腺癌和治疗"为关键词,检索近5年的相关文献。纳入标准:1)TNBC的来源和分子生物学特征;2)治疗包括化学治疗、放疗及靶向治疗。根据纳入标准分析54篇文献。结果:TNBC本质上起源于BLBC,即分子分型的基底样乳腺癌,恶性程度高,预后差,治疗易耐受。但对许多靶向药物显示出敏感性。结论:TNBC研究前景广阔,无论发病机制还是治疗选择都期待进一步的探讨。OBJECTIVE：To sum up the dosmestic and abroad articles related to the molecular biology knowledge of triple-negative breast cancer,and explored its feasible therapeutic tool and development of study.METHODS： ＂Triple-negative breast cancer（TNBC）,Basal-like breast cancer（BLBC）,Therapy＂ were as key words and PubMed was searched recently 5 years.Totally 125 papers were obtained.The inclusion criteria： the origin and molecular biology character of TNBC;therapy including chemotherapy,radiotherapy and targeted therapy.According to the inclusion criteria,finally 54 articles were analyzed.RESULTS： TNBC infact comes from BLBC,it is high malignant,worse prognosis,and tolerance to therapy,but many tageted medcines may be a good choice.CONCLUSION：The field in the pathogenesis research of TNBC and choice of therapy are extensive.
