侧脑室注射5-羟色胺对大鼠胃运动的影响

摘　　要：采用定点记录大鼠胃运动的方法,观察了侧脑室内注入微量5-羟色胺(5-HT)对胃运动的影响。结果:①分别向侧脑室内注入5-HT12.5μg/10μl,25μg/10μl,50μg/10μl,可显著增强胃收缩幅度;②预先侧脑室内注入赛庚啶15μg/10μl,切断双侧隔下述走神经,阿托品0.2mg/kg,皮下注射(i.H)或 5μg/10μl侧脑室内注射(icv),均可完全阻断这一增强效应;③酚妥拉明2.5μg/kg肌肉注射(im)或5μg/10μl,icv,心得安5mg/kg,im或50μg/10μl,icv,对侧脑室内注入5-HT增强胃运动的作用均无影响(P>0.05)With the fix-point method for recording gastric motility,this study was undertaken to observe the effect of intracerebroventricular (icv)microin-jection of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) on gastric motility in the rat.It was found that (1) injection of 5-HT(12.5μg,25μg or 50μg) into the cerebro-ventricle strengthened the gastric motility by markedly infierasing amplitude of contractions,(2) these effects were abolished by injection of cyproheptadine (15μg.icv) or atropine(5μg,icv or 0.2mg/kg.iH)or by vagotomy,and (3) no effects were found in the gastric motility after administration of regitine(2.5mg/kg,im or 50μg,icy),or propiranolol (5mg/kg,im or 50*μg,icv).
