摘  要:目的:考察钙铝混悬液的药理学作用,并对其组方的合理性进行探讨。方法:制备蓖麻油所致的小鼠腹泻动物模型,经口灌胃给药,25mL·kg-1和125mL·kg-1两剂量。结果:在腹泻动物模型上表现出明显的抗腹泻作用,并且抑制由蓖麻油引起的小鼠小肠推进运动。以高剂量(25mL·kg-1)在腹泻模型上进行拆方分析,方剂中单味药物组方均未表现出明显的抗腹泻作用,两味药物组方中除丁香罗勒油和三硅酸镁或碳酸钙的组方呈现抗腹泻作用外,其余组方没有抗腹泻作用,而3味药物组方中,丁香罗勒油和碳酸钙以及三硅酸镁或氢氧化铝两组方表现明显的抗腹泻作用,丁香罗勒油和氢氧化铝及三硅酸镁组方也有抗腹泻作用,但较前两组方作用稍弱。结论:钙铝混悬液具有明显的抗腹泄作用,其方中丁香罗勒油作用最强,碳酸钙次之,氢氧化铝和三硅酸镁作用不明显。Objective: Evaluate the pharmacological action of calcium aluminum suspension and investigate the reasonability of its prescription Method: 25 mLkg-1 and 125 mLkg-1 of the Calcium aluminum suspension administered orally to diarrhea mice induced by castor oil Results: calcium aluminum suspension was obviously shown to be of anti-diarrhea action and also inhibition the increased intestinal peristalsis produced by castor oil With the analysis of its effective components for the anti-diarrhea action, it was found that any one component alone from the suspension did not show any anti-diarrhea effect on the animal model It is the ocimum gratissimum oil and calcium carbonate that exert the major efficacy for inhibiting diarrhea in animal model,the other two components, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium trisilicate, have no contribution to the anti-diarrhea action Conclusion: Calcium aluminum suspension is of anti-diarrhea action in mice and its most effective component is ocimum gratissimum oil
