摘 要:目的:介绍一种在二维放射治疗计划系统中作准三维剂量分布的估算与评价的方法。方法:用上颌窦癌病例具体说明其作法。照射患者体内剂量分布的计算不但在射野中心的横断面进行,而且还在射野中心的矢状面、冠状面以及任意关注的横断面上同时进行,以得出感兴趣区域的剂量值。结果:该方法应用在上颌窦癌能清楚地了解眼眶内上角、筛窦、蝶窦、对侧眼球和上颌窦以及脑组织受量。及时调整计划减少复发的可能性,减少正常组织损伤。结论:该方法提供较多剂量分布信息,因此在评价和优化治疗计划时比二维计划优越。Objective: We present a quasi-3D dose calculation and assessment method in 2D treatment planning system. Methods: It was illustrated by some cases with maxillary sinus cancer. The dose distribution of beams incident on the patient was calculated not only on the centriplane of the field but also on the coronal and sagittal section of the field center and any other arbitrary cross sections simultaneously. We provided dose volume on points of interest with acquired dose distribution. Results: This method displayed clear doses in the interior angle of orbit,ethmoid sinus,sphimoid sinus ,contralateral eyeball,maxillary sinus and brain tissues in cases of maxillary sinus cancer. Plans can be adjusted in order to reduce the relapse and the damage of normal tissues. Conclusion: This method can provide more information of dosage of beams incident on the patient. It is believed that this quasi-3D method is uperior to the 2D treatment planning.
