摘  要:介绍一种基于CAN总线的车载单节磷酸铁锂动力电池检测单元,并对该单元的软件和硬件进行了详细说明。经装车试验验证,结果表明所设计的单节电池检测单元性能良好,能准确地提供单节电池的电压、温度和剩余能量估计值。该单元结构简单、成本低、可靠性好,已经申请了专利。专利的主要保护点是采用了宽工作电压范围的芯片,芯片直接由电池供电,省掉了电源转换芯片,采用了宽工作电压范围的磁耦合隔离器件实现了CAN通信的隔离,减少电路板面积,提高了性能。Detecting unit based on CAN-bus for single-cell lithium iron phosphate battery for vehicle was introduced in this paper,and its hardware and software were described in detail.The test results show that the designed single cell detecting unit has good performance,and can accurately provide the values of the single cell voltage,temperature and the residual capacity.The detecting unit has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,and excellent reliability,and has applied for a patent to protect its chip technology.The chip can adapt to wide operating voltage range and gets charged directly from the battery,so there is no need for a power conversion chip.A magnetic-coupled isolator with wide operating voltage range was applied,which could help the CAN communication device achieve the electrical isolation,reduced the size of circuit board and improved performance.
