老年急性阑尾炎78例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年急性阑尾炎的诊治特点。方法:回顾分析78例老年急性阑尾炎患者中,保守治疗16例,手术治疗62例。结果:治愈77例,病情恶化自动出院1例。结论:具有腹痛发热的老年患者,或腹痛、恶心、呕吐者,需要考虑患有急性阑尾炎的可能。要尽早发现尽早手术治疗。Objective To analysis the effect of treating elderly acute appendicitis. Methods Analyzed 78 aged patients with acute appendicitis, conservative treatment for 16 cases, 62 cases by surgery. Results 77 cases were cure, I case of illness worsens and discharged. Surgical patients hospitalized time for 10 -41d, average 14.5 d. 10 cases were wound infection postoperatively, 2 cases were pulmonary infection, 2 cases were urinary tract infection, recovery of gastrointestinal function delays in 3 cases. Conclusion It should to be choosing surgery as soon as possible if having abdominal pain, fever of elderly patients, or abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, who will consider to have the possibility of acute appendicitis.
