经头皮冠状切口联合微型钛板内固定治疗颌面部多发性骨折效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨经头皮冠状切口联合微型钛板内固定治疗颌面部多发性骨折的效果。方法:选取本院收治的30例颌面部多发性骨折患者,分为对照组和观察组,各15例,均以经头皮冠状为切口。对照组采用钢丝骨间固定,观察组采用微型钛板内固定,比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组优良率为86.67%,观察组优良率为93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应对照组多于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经头皮冠状切口联合微型钛板内固定治疗颌面部多发性骨折,能够保持美观的同时达到牢固的固定,使治疗效果更佳。Objective：To evaluate coronal scalp incision mini titanium plate fixation combined maxillofacial multiple fractures.Methods：30 patients admitted to our hospital with multiple maxillofacial fractures were divided into control group and observation group,15 cases each,were by coronal scalp incision.Control group,bone fixation with steel wire,observation group were treated with mini titanium plate fixation,treatment effects were compared.Results：The control group was 86.67% good,good observation group was 93.33%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;adverse reactions observed group than the control group significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：The coronal scalp incision mini titanium plate fixation combined maxillofacial multiple fractures,while beautiful to be able to maintain strong fixed,so that is most effective.
