区域控制抓齿分布的研究

摘　　要：针对不同品种的纱线进行混纺的前纺抓棉设备要求,根据往复式抓棉机精细抓棉和有效开松的工艺要求,对往复式抓棉机抓齿的受力和分布形式进行分析对比,提出一种用区域控制来确定抓齿排列分布规律的方法,并利用系统的稳定性来分析打手工作时的刀齿作用力对打手机构运动平稳性的影响,证明此排列方式在所有抓齿排列类型中稳定性最好,大大提高精细抓棉程度,进一步提高了棉层的开松质量。According to the requirements for pluckers for different types of yarn to blend and technological requirements for reciprocating bale pluckers to fine plucking and effective opening,the stress and arrangement patterns of tine of reciprocating plucker were compared and analyzed,a new method of confirming the tine＇s arrangement rule by using regional control was brought forward and the influence of cutter tooth force on the movement stability of beater by utilizing systematic stability was analyzed,which proved that this arrangement was the best among all the arrangements of tine and it could improve the degree of fine plucking and the quality of opening.
