红景天黄酮提取及其抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：为了对红景天黄酮提取物抗氧化作用进行研究,采用超声法提取红景天黄酮,通过.OH、O2-.和DPPH反应体系,研究红景天黄酮的抗氧化能力。结果表明:当红景天黄酮质量浓度为0.2mg.mL-1时,对3种自由基的清除作用均高于50%,且随浓度的增加其清除作用增强。红景天黄酮在体外具有良好的抗氧化活性。The antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Rhodiola rosea were studied from the aspects of DPPH free radical, hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion. The results showed that the rate of scavenging three kinds of free radicals were all over 50 % under the concentration of 0.2 mg · mL^-1 , and exhibited dosage dependency, indicating that flavonoids from R. rosea flavonoids possessed potential antioxidant activity in vitro.
