摘　　要：目的 探讨儿童白内障术后计算机弱视治疗软件对视力恢复的作用.方法 将57例（72眼）儿童白内障手术患儿分为计算机弱视治疗软件组（33例）和对照组（24例）,平均随访26个月,观察两组的术后视力恢复情况.结果 计算机弱视治疗软件组术后视力在训练的6个月和9个月,较对照组提高明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,12个月以后两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 与传统治疗方法相比,计算机弱视软件治疗可以快速提高患儿的视力,是一种更有效的方法.Objective To investigate the effect of amblyopia treatment software on vision recovery after pediatric cataract surgery. Methods 57 cases （72 eyes） were divided into two groups, amblyopia treatment software group （ software group） （ n = 33 ） and control group （ n = 24）. After 26-month follow-up, vision recovery of both groups was compared. Results The postoperative vision acuity of the software group was much more significantly improved than that of the control group at 6 and 9 months （P 〈 0. 05）, while after 12 months, there was no statistical significance between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Compared with the traditional therapy, amblyopia treatment software is a much more effective way to improve patients＇ vision after cataract surgery.
