摘　　要：面对全球化的市场竞争，企业必须走“世界级质量”发展之路。创新创新全球化市场，不断提升科技与质量水平，确立质量领先的战略地位，要强企制胜，本文从六个方面阐述质量管理理念及实践创新，从而使企业及早进行质量创新发展的战略诀择。Facing the global market competition, enterprises should take a road of ＂world class quality＂ . Innovating the global market, promoting the technology and quality, ensuring a strategic leading status of quality. This paper describes the total quality control and practice＆ innovation from 6 aspects, in order to make enterprisescan realize the importance of the innovation and development of the quality.
