摘　　要：阐述了ICP光谱法的标准加入法测定稀土金属丝中硅、磷和铁等微量元素。讨论对测定的影响关键技术，及解决方法，并对方法准确度和精密度进行了验证。试验证明本方法快速有效，是解决基体匹配困难及无合适标准样品的良好手段：同时阐明了运用标准加入法的注意点。An ICP standard addition method for the determination of Fe, Si, P in mischmetal wire has been established. Some technical keys which would influence the test had been proved and discussed with experiments. The accuracy and precision of method had been obtained. The relative test results had displayed that the method was fast and effective one that was able to resolve the problem of matching matrix and unsuitable standard samples. The method has been applied in the routine analysis with satisfactory results.
