摘  要:研究了海水N、P营养水平对龙须菜的生长、光合作用及生化特性的影响,结果表明:单独N、P加富对龙须菜的生长无显著影响,而N、P同时加富可以显著促进龙须菜的生长;其相对生长速率随着时间的增加而降低,P加富处理在培养后期相对生长速率显著增加;N加富促进了龙须菜的光合作用,使藻胆蛋白和可溶性蛋白含量显著提高,可溶性糖含量降低。N、P同时加富促进了叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量的增加。N、P同时加富条件下,龙须菜色素和可溶性蛋白含量增加,其光合作用增强,这是促进龙须菜生长增加的主要原因。In order to investigate the physiological and biochemical responses of Gracilaria lemaneiformis to nitrogen and phosphorus in the eutrophic seawater,G.lemaneiformis under four treatments with different nutrients conditions:N-P-,N-P+,N+P-,N+P+ were cultured.The growth,photosynthesis,and the some biochemical components in G.lemaneiformis were determined.The results showed that either increased N or P supply there was not the significant effect on the growth.However,when N and P were simultaneously supplied,the growth was enhanced significantly.Additionally,the relative growth rate was deceased gradually with the culture time.P could promote the relative growth rate in the late culture period.The increase of N could promote the photosynthetic capacities.The contents of phycobiliprotein and soluble protein were increased significantly with increase N,but didn't change with P.The content of soluble carbohydrate was decreased markedly with increase N.The contents of chlorophyll a and carotenoid were increased with simultaneous increase N and P.The results showed that under the culture condition with a combination of simultaneous enrichment of N and P,the increase of pigment and soluble protein,together with the promoted photosynthetic capacities might supply the physiological interpretation for the enhanced growth in G.lemaneiformis.
