摘  要:采用不同的方法制备壳聚糖粉体与聚氨酯共混生物膜,研究了壳聚糖粉体含量和碳源含量共混生物膜的表面形貌、吸水性、红外光谱图的特征及固定化酱油曲霉的效果。实验表明,随着壳聚糖粉体含量的增加,共混膜的表面形貌由致密逐渐变得疏松多孔,形成类似海绵状结构,且随壳聚糖含量增加其成膜性变差。共混生物膜中各成分分布较为均匀,二者的相容性较好;其吸水性均随着壳聚糖和碳源含量的增加逐渐得到改善。由于固定化膜的性能的需要,选择壳聚糖含量为20%和碳源含量为10%成膜,其成膜后经过72 h固定化后,酱油曲霉固定化效果良好。经处理洗毛废水实验验证,处理后洗毛废水的COD质量浓度由12 000 mg/L减少到198 mg/L,悬浮物质量浓度(SS)由1 935 mg/L减少到125 mg/L,达到了GB 8979—1996《污水综合排放标准》的要求。Blend membrane of chitosan powder and polyurethane is prepared by different methods.The surface morphology,hygroscopic property,infrared spectra characteristics and immobilized Aspergillus effect of blend membranes,made from different contents of chitosan powders and carbon source nutrients,such as sucrose,are studied.It shows that with the increasing of chitosan powder content,the surface morphology of blend film gradually looses from densification to porous and forms a sponge-like structure,while film forming property becomes worse.Both components are evenly distributed in blend films,with good compatibility between chitosan powder and polyurethane.Its water absorption is gradually improved along with the increase of chitosan and nutrition.In order to obtain great performance of immobilized microorganisms,membranes with 20% of the chitosan content and 10% of carbon nutrient are prepared and then immobilized for 72 hours.Aspergillus sojae has outstanding immobilization effect.It's verified by the experiment that after treatment with blend membrane,COD of the wool scouring effluent decreases to 198 mg /L from 12 000 mg /L,the concentration of suspended solids(SS) reduces to 125 mg /L from 1 935 mg /L,which met the requirements of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8979—1996).
