摘  要:回顾了步进电动机产品的发展,及目前尚存在规格品种繁杂,不利于发展的局面。提出应用电流型驱动技术统一步进电动机的相数,首次提出了分数通电状态数驱动技术,为统一步进电动机的齿数和结构类型提供了基础,提高主流产品的通用性,逐步尽量多地替代其它相数、转子齿数的混合式步进电动机及磁阻式步进电动机,简化产品的格局,有利于技术和生产的发展。This paper gives reviews on the development of stepping motor products and the present unfavorable situations of complex product specifications The paper proposes to unify the stepping motor phase number configurations by the application of current mode driving technology For the first time,the fraction stimulated driving technology is put forward,which provides the foundation of unifying the tooth number and construction,improving product universality,gradually replacing other kind of hybrid stepping motor with different phase number or rotor tooth number and VR stepping motor as many as possible,and simplifying product arrangement It is advantageous to development of techniques and manufacturing
