皖江经济带土地利用趋势与驱动机制研究

摘　　要：以皖江经济带承接产业转移示范区规划背景为基础,从土地利用面积变化、土地利用结构变化、土地利用程度变化、土地利用空间分布变化4个方面对皖江经济带的土地利用变动进行剖析,突出其趋势特征,构建皖江经济带土地利用动态变化的驱动机制,揭示皖江经济带土地利用的未来发展趋势,最后构建皖江经济带土地利用变化的驱动力体系,以期为土地利用决策提供理论参考。The paper analyzed the utilization trend of the land resources in Wanjiang Economic Belt based on its plan as the demonstration plot of taking over industrial shift.The article highlighted the trend of it through the explanation of four kinds of changes-the change of land utilization area,change of the structure of land utilization,change of land utilization level,and change of land utilization spatial distribution.It built up a driving mechanism of land utilization in Wanjiang Economic Belt,revealed its developing trend in the future,and finally established a driving forces index,in the hope of providing theory references for decision making of the use of land.
