摘　　要：高校学习型学生党组织建设是高校学生党建的基础性工程。为了进一步推进这一"基础性工程",必须站在"以学治党"的高度认识学习型学生党组织建设的重要意义,必须把学习型学生党组织建设目标同高校的根本任务和时代要求统一起来,必须同当前开展的"创先争优"活动结合起来,统筹规划、互相促进、共同发展。The building of learning Party organizations is the foundation work of college Party construction.We must fully realize the significance of building learning Party organizations and combine it with the basic tasks of higher education and the demand of the times.We should also combine it with the ＂Compete for Excellence＂ campaign among mass Party organizations and all Party members.
