摘　　要：PNF技术是指神经肌肉本体感觉促进技术,是由神经、肌肉和本体感觉共同参与的以促进神经发育为主的治疗手段,由美国内科医生和神经生理学家Herman Kabat在20世纪40年代创立,它不仅是一种技术,也是一种全新的哲学思想:其基础就是所有人一包括残疾人,都具有无需选择的生存潜力。PNF技术经过不断发展和完善,已成为多种神经肌肉系统疾病的有效康复治疗手段,疗法涉及骨科康复、神经科康复、小儿脑瘫等多个领域。该文就PNF的含义、方法和机理、临床研究等进行综述与展望。Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation（PNF） is the cure method which combins action with the nerve, the muscle and the proprioeeption. It can improve the growth of nerves, originated by the physician and neurophysiologist Herman Kabat in 1940s. It is not only a medical technology, but also a brand new philosophic thinking; Its basic idea is that everyone-including the disabled persons has the no-choice rights of survival potential. Through ever-accelerated and improved, The PNF was proved to be a new issue being used widely in rehabilitation of the nerve disease, refering to the rehabilitation of orthopedics department, neurology department and infantile cerebral palsy.The paper makes an expectation and reviews of the meanings, techniques, mechanism and clinical study of PNF.
