摘　　要：日装车计划的审批是铁路局的一项重要工作。通过详细分析铁道部的清算办法,总结出了日装车计划的清算收入、运输成本以及运输效益的计算方法,对系统进行了需求分析、模块设计、数据库设计与流程设计。在设计的基础上,以vs2005为开发工具c、#为开发语言,开发出了铁路局日装车计划运输效益计算分析系统,并利用郑州铁路局的实际数据,对软件进行了实例研究。结果表明该软件能够帮助货运调度人员进行批车决策,对铁路局提高日装车计划的运输效益有一定的指导意义和参考价值。By detailedly analyzing the computing methods of Ministry of Railways for the approving of dailiy loading programs, the methods for computing income, transportation cost and transportation benefit are summarized. Then the requirements, modules, database and workflow of the system are worked out. Finally, hasod on the aforementioned steps, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and c# are used in developing the Railway Daily Loading Program benefit Computing and Analyzing System. Then, using actual data collected at and regarding Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, a case study is conducted on the system. The findings could help freight dispatching personnel in their decision-making, and provide guidance and reference for railway bureaus to improve the benefit of their daily loading programs.
