摘　　要：研究生教育是中国最高层次的学历教育,其思想政治工作关系到中国改革开放和社会主义事业发展的大局。随着时代的变化和教育事业的蓬勃发展,研究生党建工作创新显得尤为紧迫和艰巨。研究生的自身特点决定了其党建工作不能照搬本科生的模式,原有的研究生党建模式不能很好地完成新时期赋予的时代内容,因而需要对研究生的党建机制进行创新。文章结合研究生教育发展的实际,提出了党建机制创新的总体思路和具体做法。Postgraduate education is the highest level of degree education in China,the ideological and political work relates to the reform and opening-up policy and socialism development situation.With the development of social reform and globalization,the innovation of Party construction work for postgraduate seems particularly urgent and arduous.And the characteristics of postgraduate determines its organization can not copy undergraduate mode,as the change of period and education development,the original postgraduate Party construction model can not perform well in new period.According to the requirement of scientific outlook on development postgraduate Party mechanism needs innovation.Based on the development of postgraduate education,the paper put forward the general idea and specific method of Party construction mechanism innovation that could be used in universities and colleges.
