摘  要:对广西农村中小学教师继续教育需求进行了随机抽样调查,结果显示:农村教师的继续教育需求在内容上具有工具性特点,在形式上具有实践性特点,在评价方式上具有综合性特点。各级培训机构应据此有针对性地开展农村教师继续教育工作,切实提高农村教师继续教育的有效性。A stochastic sampling survey of the demand for further education of teachers in middle schools and primary schools in the rural areas of Guangxi has been conducted.The result shows that the demand for further education of teachers in the rural areas is characterized in tooled content,practical form and comprehensive assessment.The training organizations at all levels should carry out their training programs accordingly so as to really improve the effectiveness of the further education of teachers in the rural areas
