摘　　要：依据各个评价指标的方差贡献率的大小,设定层次分析评价模型的权重,构建低碳城市发展进程的评价模型。根据上海市2000～2009年的统计数据,对上海市低碳经济发展进程进行综合评价,得到上海市的低碳经济发展水平正处于不断上升状态的结论。The weight of AHP models and the evaluation model of city＇s low-carbon growth process were set according to the size of variance contribution of evaluation indexes.Based on the statistic data of Shanghai from 2000 to 2009,the comprehensive evaluation of low-carbon growth process of Shanghai was made and the conclusion was drawn that the low-carbon growth level is raising continuously.
