摘  要:穿黄隧洞选用双层复合衬砌结构,外衬为拼装式钢筋混凝土管片结构,内衬为现浇预应力混凝土结构。为了验证和优化设计,完善施工工艺,开展了隧洞衬砌1∶1仿真地下模型试验。模型由内外衬不分隔的联合受力和内外衬由弹性防、排水垫层分隔分别独立工作单独受力的两个试验段组成。主要就试验过程中各工况条件下内衬的钢筋和混凝土应力观测成果进行了分析。分析结果表明,两个试验段在设计内水压工况下,各断面环向均实现了全截面受压,均满足设计要求。The tunnel crossing Yellow River is a double-layer composite lining structure: the outer lining is assemble-type reinforced concrete segment structure,and inner lining is cast-in-situ pre-stressed concrete structure.In order to validate and optimize the design,perfect the construction technology,we carried out full-scaled simulation model test of the tunnel lining.The test consists of two sections: jointed loading by undivided inner and outer linings,and individually loading by inner and outer linings,which are separated by elastic waterproof and water release cushion.We analyzed stress observation results of reinforcement steel bar and concrete in inner lining under various working conditions.The analysis results show that full circular compression are realized for all cross-sections of the 2 sections under designed internal water pressure,which meets the design requirements.
