摘  要:创新型企业应该如何将竞争优势保持下去,从而获取持续性竞争优势,成为管理学界关注的焦点。以资源基础理论建立的模型分析了突破性创新行为对竞争优势产生的推动作用。创新型企业在取得突破性创新带来的先发者优势后,可以通过建立职能型组织部门以强化突破性创新成果的方式来获得持续性竞争优势。When there is a first mover appeared from those competitors by disruptive innovation,what shall he do to keep his sustainable competitive advantage is the focus of management scholars.This article used RBV view and set up a double-drive force model to analyze how disruptive innovation could push the competition advantage as well as the luck did.By this model,we conclude that when the enterprise could get his first mover advantage,the first thing he should do is to modify his organization structure to fulfill the request of the new technology and keep his sustainable competitive advantage.
