丹芪降脂汤治疗脂肪肝30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟丹芪降脂汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将60例脂肪肝患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予自拟丹芪降脂汤治疗,对照组30例予胆宁片治疗2,组均治疗3个月后评价疗效,观察血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)变化,影像学改善情况和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率63.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后TG、γ-GT、AST、ALT均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后γ-GT、AST、ALT均较对照组降低(P<0.05)。治疗组影像学改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹芪降脂汤具有益气活血、祛瘀消痰之功,能促进肝脏循环,抑制外源性胆固醇的吸收,改善肝脏脂肪代谢,达到治疗脂肪肝的目的。Objective To investigate the effect of Danqijiangzhi decoction on fatty liver.Methods 60 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in treatment group（n=30） were treated by Danqijiangzhi decoction,and the control group was given Danning tablet.The therapeutic course was three months in two groups.TC,TG,ALT,AST,γ-GT and improvement of imaging were determined before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.γ-GT,AST and ALT in treatment group were decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.The improvement of imaging in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Danqijiangzhi decoction can promote liver circulation and metabolism,inhibit the absorption of exogenous cholesterol,and achieve to treat fatty liver.
