摘 要:[目的]探讨循证医学在心胸外科临床实习教学中的应用。[方法]选取40名在心胸外科实习的本科生,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用以问题为基础的学习,而对照组采用传统的教学方式,并分别采用考试和问卷调查的方式,对两组对象进行学习成绩的对比和学习能力的对比。[结果]实验组的基础知识、病例分析和总分与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。实验组的学生在综合分析问题的能力、查阅文献的能力、自学能力、探索创新能力、教学满意度的方面和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]循证医学教学方法和传统的教学方法相比具有明显的优越性,可以显著提高学生的成绩和各项能力,提高了教学质量。[Objective]To explore the application of evidence-based medicine in teaching of clinical practice of cardiothoracic surgery.[Methods]Selected 40 undergraduate students in internship of cardiothoracic surgery,then divided into two groups,experimental and control group.Problems based learning was used in experimental group and traditional teaching mode was used in control group.The grades and the learning ability in two groups were compared by means of examination and questionnaire survey respectively.[Results]The scores of the basic knowledge,case analysis and total score compared between the experimental and control group were significantly different(P﹤0.05) .The comprehensive ability of analyzing the problem,consulting literature ability,self-learning ability,exploring the innovation ability,teaching satisfaction aspects of the experimental group were significantly different,comparing with the control group(P﹤0.05) .[Conclusion]Compared with the traditional teaching method,the evidence-based medicine teaching method has obvious advantages,which can improve the performance and various ability of student significantly,and improve the quality of teaching.
