摘　　要：[目的]了解重庆市青少年学生亚健康状况,为开展青少年健康教育和亚健康干预提供科学依据。[方法]采用《青少年亚健康多维评定问卷》(MSQA)对重庆市2292名初中、高中以及大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]重庆市青少年学生躯体亚健康、心理亚健康和身心亚健康的症状检出率分别为35.4%、48.3%、56.0%;躯体亚健康、心理亚健康和身心亚健康的状态检出率分别为13.8%、13.8%、12.6%,均显著高于全国水平(P值均﹤0.01)。女生身心亚健康的状态检出率显著高于男生(P﹤0.05)。各年级间躯体亚健康、心理亚健康和身心亚健康的症状检出率和状态检出率均表现为高中﹥初中﹥大学(P值均﹤0.01);城市学生躯体亚健康的症状检出率显著高于农村学生(P﹤0.05)。[结论]重庆青少年亚健康状况较差,应引起重视,加强健康相关教育。[Objective]To investigate the sub-health status of adolescents in Chongqing,so as to provide theory support for health education and sub-health intervention of adolescents in Chongqing.[Methods]2 292 adolescents in Chongqing were investigated by Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents（MSQA） .[Results]The rates of physical,psychological and psychosomatic sub-health symptoms were 35.4%,48.3%,56.0% respectively;The rates of physical,psychological and psychosomatic sub-health status were 13.8%,13.8%,12.6% respectively,which were significantly higher than those of national norm.The rate of psychosomatic sub-health states in girls were significantly higher than that in boys.The rates of physical,psychological and psychosomatic sub-health symptoms and status were highest in high schools,lowest in universities.The rates of physical sub-health symptoms of adolescents in urban were significantly higher than in rural areas.[Conclusion]The sub-health status of adolescents in Chongqing is poor,so sub-health education for adolescents in Chongqing should be enforced.
