摘 要:[目的]探讨健身运动处方对医专女生体质健康状况的影响,为高职高专院校体育教学改革提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取漯河医专女生96人分为实验组和对照组,实验组学生实施健身运动处方,对照组学生进行常规体育教学和课外辅导,分析实验前后两组学生的身体形态指标、机能指标和素质指标,并与我国2000年同龄大学生体质监测资料进行比较。[结果]实验组学生体质健康状况明显好于对照组,在肺活量、上臂紧张围、台阶实验、仰卧起坐、立定跳远、50m跑等方面差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),但两组学生在素质指标方面和全国相比尚存在一定差距。[结论]健身运动处方对提高医专女生体质健康状况有良好的作用,建议将其纳入高职高专体育教学过程。[Objective]Inquiring into the effect of body-building prescription on female-students’ physique-fitting in medical college,thus to provide the professional schools with a basis for P.E teaching reform.[Methods]Adopted the method of cluster sampling,chose 96 female students casually and divided them into two different groups-experiment group and control group,the students in the former group was carried out the physique-fitting prescriptions,and the ones in the latter group was performed the regular P.E.teaching and out-class coaching,then analyzed body shape index,function index and quality index of the two different groups before and after the experiment,and compared with the physical supervision materials of our national college students who were at the same age in 2000.[Results]The physical condition of students in the experiment group obviously outweighed the ones in the control group,the differences were statistical significances(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01) in the following fields,including tonus measurements of the upper arm,vital capacity,step test,situp,standing long jump and 50-meter run,but students in both groups,compared with the national level in physical index had a certain distance.[Conclusion]Body-building prescriptions plays a positive role in improving the physical quality of female-students in medical college;therefore we propose it be subordinated to the P.E.teaching in professional schools.
