轻度认知障碍患者脑脊液Tau蛋白和β淀粉样蛋白水平与胰岛素抵抗的关系研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance,IR)与轻度认知功能障碍(Mild Cognitive Impairment,MCI)患者脑脊液Tau蛋白和β淀粉样蛋白水平的关系。[方法]78例MCI患者根据IR标准,入选IR组和非IR组,随机选取30名健康体检者为对照者;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测脑脊液中Tau蛋白和Aβ42的水平。[结果]IR组患者脑脊液中Tau蛋白浓度高于非IR组,Aβ42的浓度低于非IR组,两者差异均有统计学意义。[结论]MCI合并IR患者脑脊液中Tau蛋白水平高,Aβ42水平低,IR或参与了MCI向阿尔茨海默病的转变。[Objective]To investigate the relationship between the insulin resistance（Insulin Resistance,IR） with the concentration of Tau protein and β-amyloid protein（Aβ） in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with mild cognitive impairment（Mild Cognitive Impairment,MCI） .[Methods]78 selected patients with MCI were categorized into IR group and non-IR group based on IR diagnostic criteria and 30 healthy subjects were selected randomly as controls.Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the Tau protein and Aβ42 in the cerebrospinal fluid.[Results]Tau protein in cerebrospinal fluid of IR group patients was higher than that of non-IR group,and Aβ42 level was less.The difference between two groups had statistically significance.[Conclusion]Tau protein level in cerebrospinal fluid of MCI patients complicated with IR is high and Aβ42 is low.IR may be participated in the conversion of MCI to Alzheimer＇s disease.
