摘　　要：现代图书馆人本管理主要指管理者在坚持科学管理的基础上,遵循以人为本的管理理念而采取的富有人情味的管理方式。在此管理方式的基础上,开展的服务方式创新。Modern library humanistic management mainly refers to the manager in insisting scientific management,and on the basis of follow the humanist management idea but adopt of rich human management style.In this management mode,and on the basis of developing service mode of innovation.
