摘　　要：目的评价小切口（６ｍｍ）白内障摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法对３８例老年性、外伤性白内障施行小切口白内障摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术。结果术后１ｗｋ裸眼或矫正视力０．５者占７１．１％，３ｍｏ占９４．７％．术后１ｗｋ散光为１．８５±０．９５Ｄ；术后３ｍｏ散光０．９２±０．５８Ｄ，分别小于１０～１２ｍｍ大切口对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。内皮细胞损失率为１１．７２％．并讨论手术方式的选择以及术中意外的处理方法。结论小切口白内障摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术具有实用价值。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of cataract extraction with small incision(6mm) and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods The surgery was performed on 38 eyes of 38 patients with senile traumatic cataract. Results Postoperatively,the visual accuracy (with spherical correction or without correction)were 0.5 or better in 27 eyes(71.7%) at the first week and at the third month in 36 eyes(94.7%),The mean astigmatism was 1.850.95 D at the first week and 0.920.58 D at the third month,which were respectively less than that in the control group with a 10￣12mm large incision(P<0.001).The rate of corneal endothelial cell loss was 11.72%.Meanwhile,the selection of surgical techniques and management of operative complications were discussed. Conclusion Cataract extraction with small incision and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is practical.
